Class Schedule/Details:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30a.m. To 6:30a.m. This class is a great way to shed those unwanted pounds and sculpt your body before you head off to work.

Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. To 10:00a.m. We have our Outdoor Diva program. This class is for women only. Expect a challenging class for those women who like to mix up their gym routine with adventerous beach woorkouts. Drop the kids off at school and head out to your favorite workout spot.

Monday through Friday Noon to 1:00p.m. Prepare yourself for our most challenging course. Anything is possible at this class, so bring a positive attitude and a lot of heart.
